Marriage License Requirements in Quezon City

We got our Marriage License from Quezon City and below are the requirements needed to get one.

1. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate of both applicants.
    If widowed, certified true copy of death certificate or demise spouse.
    If previous marriage was annulled, copy of Court Decision and Absolute Decree of Finality from the
    court.
2. Community Tax Certificates/Cedula of both applicants
3. One photo ID (colored or black and white) of each applicant
4. 25 yrs. old and above - attend Family Planning only in Heath Department office scheduled everyday from 1pm to 5pm. It is adviceable that you get yourself enlisted a day before you plan to attend.
5. 24 yrs. old and below - attend Family Planning and Counseling - Health Department office, Social Services and Development Department (SSDD)
6. CENOMAR - Certificate of No Marriage from NSO -  no more than 6 months from Marriage license application

Filing Fee -------------- Php 100.00
Marriage License ------ Php 100.00

If applicant is a Foreigner, requirements are:
1. Photocopy of Passport (showing data and date of arrival)
2. Certificate of LEGAL CAPACITY TO MARRY issued by their respective diplomatic or consular officials
3. If Divorced, copy of Final Decree of Absolute Divorce
4. Certificate of Family Planning & Marriage Counseling & Responsible Parenthood

Notes:
>> Parents' Consent (for 18-20 year old)
>> Parents' Advice (for 21-24 year old)
>> One of the applicant must be a resident of the place where they will apply for the marriage license
>> The marriage license will be issued on the 11th day after the 10-day posting period upon submission of the application for marriage license.
>> License expires 120 days from the date license was issued.
