My husband recently just bought me one of my dream stuff in the whole world - my very first cute li'l oven! Well, actually I was the one who ordered the oven but he paid for it. hehehe
The 30L Imarflex 3-in-1 Convection Oven costs Php 4,999 in malls, but if you order directly in their warehouse branch they will give you a discount. Plus you can also order from them another rack for Php 370 only - this way you can place two cookie trays at once to save on electricity. I have mine delivered to my doorsteps at no extra cost! Such a great deal! (But I think they now charge a certain delivery fee depending on the area)
The oven's temperature is in Celsius and can be adjusted up to 250C. It has 5 function selectors: (1) Upper Heater, (2) Lower Heater, (3) Up & Down Heater, (4) Rotisserie + Convection + Upper Heater, and (5) Convection + Both Heaters. I have only tried using function 5 to bake some goodies which I will be writing on a separate post soon.
Your oven should come with the following parts: Rack & Tray holder, Skewer, Grill Rack, Baking Tray and a Crumb Tray. Mine came without the Crumb Tray so I called up their office and they came back to my house the next day to deliver the missing item. Two thumbs up for the really great service.
I have already used my oven twice to bake a Calamansi Graham Pudding and Calamansi Muffins (both recipes can be found in Pepper.ph) and the results were great! There were no problems so far. As for its energy consumption, I would still have to wait for my next electricity bill.
Happy baking everyone!
UPDATE: They now charge delivery fee. Please log your inquiries to know their delivery fee.
UPDATE 7/28/2015: I have been informed that there will be a price increase of php500 effective August 1, 2015 which makes its SRP to Php 5500.

What areas do they deliver?
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteThey deliver anywhere with Metro Manila. They also deliver to Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan but delivery fee would be higher.
DeleteCan i plug it directly sa 220v na wall.outlet?
ReplyDeleteYes, I directly plug it to my 220v wall outlet.
DeleteHi. i'm interested to purchase the same oven but i doubt if they deliver outside Luzon.Do they? I'm from Cebu by the way. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi Mary, I don't think they would deliver outside of Metro Manila. =( You will have to buy the oven from SM Cebu or maybe find out where the Imarflex distributor is in Cebu. Thanks for reading and I hope you'll find your oven. =)
DeleteHello! How much extra do you pay for the electricity consumed? :)
ReplyDeleteHi! I have been using my oven for more than a month now and I haven't noticed any increase in my electricity bill at all. I use the oven once or twice in a week. In rare cases, I use it for 3 to 4 times a week when I get orders. :)
DeleteWow, that's nice. I think I'll be getting this oven soon. Thanks for sharing.. :)
DeleteHi Jill Athan! I'm getting mine today. :) Thanks for this blog.
ReplyDeleteHi There. I am planning to start my cupcake business using this product. Do you think this item is good for that kind of business?I am also eyeing on La Germania Portable Elec Oven, but it is kinda pricey for a starter like me. Have you heard of that product? Would love to know your review about it. But anyway, I think, this is the best budget for me for now. Hope they can deliver in Makati, will want to have them send it there instead since my husband works there and we live in Taytay Rizal bec I've checked SM Appliance here but they said, they don't have it here yet since this item is new. Oh well. Can't wait to start my business!! Hope you could find time to comment back :) Love to hear from you!!! Ty :)
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl, thanks for reading my post. I am actually using this oven right now for my cupcake business :) so my answer would be Yes! this is great as a start up. But if your orders goes up then you will have to upgrade to a bigger oven. I haven't seen the La Germania yet, but I believe it's quite bigger than this one - those would be great if you have lots of orders already and if you're already making cakes too. Good luck with your business sis!
DeleteHi,just bought the 42L version of this oven. I'm so new to baking, could you please advise on how you bake using 2 trays? Mine, its on convection mode & I switch the pans in the middle of baking time but still I get unevenly baked cookies & cupcakes. Thanks in advance.
Deletegreat! this is a good equipment for me as a beginner. can you recommend a good hand mixer too?
ReplyDeleteHi cheekeegirl, I started out using Oster stick mixer for my frosting and whisking cake and cupcake batter by hand. =) When the orders started growing, I decided to invest a little by buying myself an Imarflex Heavy Duty Stand Mixer. It costs around 9k which is still way cheaper than buying a KitchenAid hehehe Maybe I will post my reviews on that soon when I get the time.
DeleteHi Jill, via your blog i was able to decide to get the 3in1 imarflex convection oven too! Now i'm eyeing to get the stand mixer. Kumusta naman, sulit ba ito? Ok kaya sya gamitin pang-knead ng bread dough? Dream ko din kasi KitchenAid pero mahalia.... Hope you can post a mixer review as well... thanks
DeleteI bought the Imarflex mixer ung heavy duty at php8000 - medyo pricey sya compared sa iba na nasa market pero so far sulit naman sya saka mas mura pa rin compared sa KitchenAid. Dream ko din ang KitchenAid pero for now wag muna since experimental pa ako hehehe. I am able to knead fondant using it pero I haven't tried using it with bread dough pa kasi more on desserts pa ginagawa ko ngayon. Will try to post a blog about my mixer if I get the time. Happy baking!
DeleteSo looking forward to that post. ;)
DeleteHi jill athan, how is your oven doing na po? Ok naman sya? Im planning to buy din kasi. Madami namankasing good reviws ang imarflex, just want to ask kung ok sya after using several times. Thanks!

DeleteHello po, I have been using my oven for 4 months na and so far so good. =) But I have noticed na kakaiba ang temperature ng oven ngayon. I'm not sure if it's the oven's fault or the thermometer. I will buy another thermometer soon just to confirm who's at fault.
DeleteUPDATE 12/18/2014: I bought a new thermometer and confirmed that my old thermometer is messed up and not the oven =) Maybe one of these days I'll invest on a better brand na oven thermometer - mabilis pala masira ung murahin brands =(
Planning to buy din kc TIA :)
DeleteHello, Smart Cook ung brand nung thermometer. Thanks for reading :)
DeleteSure. Ilang days sya nadeliver sayo? May warranty po ba sya? :)
ReplyDeleteOne to two days after ako nag-order sis, depende kung coding ung delivery van nila. Yes may 1yr warranty din siya pero not sure if I have to surrender the warranty card to them nasa akin pa rin kasi hehehe
Deletehi.am planning to bake. but I dont have a oven. dont have any idea what to buy. I saw n read your blog. my question is the 250C what is that mean? and am confuse about preheat 350°F in baking. whats the diff. bet celsius to °F? hoping for your reply
ReplyDeleteHi! 250C means 250 degree Celsius and it is the maximum temperature the oven can accommodate.
DeleteMost recipes use Fahrenheit but dont worry because it's really easy to convert as long as google is around. Check this link for temp conversions: http://www.metric-conversions.org/temperature/celsius-to-fahrenheit.htm
And lastly, preheat 350F in baking simply means that you should have your oven on 350F temperature already when you put in your pan. It is recommended that you buy an oven thermometer and place it inside the oven to easily determine what's the oven current temperature inside.
Hope this helps clear out your questions =)
Hi ask LNG po about dun sa imarflex convection oven na pde po ba dun mag bake ng cake like cheesecake ...thnks
ReplyDeleteHello, yes po kaya mag bake ng cake at cheesecakes up to 8" round, hindi ko pa natry kung kasya ang 10".
ReplyDeleteconfirmed po kakasya ang 10" pans din :)
Deletegood day sir,
ReplyDeletecan i ask the size in inches inside of imarflex width and height. thanks
Hello, kakasya ang mga pans na 14x10
DeleteHello po! I'm planning to buy that same kind of oven in SM Baguio but when I asked the saleslady where it is made from, she said that its made in China. Is it true? Please do reply. Thankyou in advance :)
ReplyDeleteHi! Yes it is true that this oven is made in China but it's under Japan technology. =)
DeleteThanks for this! I had doubts whether to buy this oven or not. Now I think I will. :)
ReplyDeletehi there. kindly share naman po ung part ng manual about the function selector, ung suggested/appropriate setting to be used for a particular meal. thanks in advance. We lost our copy kasi.
ReplyDeleteHi. I never had an oven before and I'm planning to buy this one. I'm wondering kung mag-off na ba yung heat ng oven hanggang ma-achieve niya yung naka-set na temperature? O kailangan imonitor gamit ang oven thermometer at manually patayin ang heat? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHi, based on my experience when using the oven.. once na achieve nya na ang nakaset na temp mag-off na sya tas i-retain nya na ang heat. I still use an oven thermometer just to be sure.
DeleteWhat I usually do when baking, I preheat the oven - it usually takes around 10-15mins for it to achieve the set temperature. Hope I have enlightened you. Happy baking :)
Hi! I just want to ask where the Imarflex warehouse is located? Can you also provide me their contact number(s)? Our helper accidentally dropped the decanter of our coffee maker and it got smashed into pieces so I need to replace it. Thank you in advance! :-)
At kng maluluto b xa sabay2? Kasi im looking for a new oven at hindi ko p alam ang bibilhin ko. Sana mg reply po kyo s pot ko. Thanks po...
ReplyDeleteHello, based on my experience I was able to bake two 4" or 6" round pan at the same time and sabay naman sila naluto.
DeleteVery helpful post! :)
DeleteHi po!
ReplyDeleteI saw this oven rin sa SM Appliances last week when we bought electric fan. Haha!
I am thinking of buying one too!
Kasi yung microwave oven namin, parang useless na kasi more on heating lang... hindi siya talaga pwede yung pang pizza, baking, tapos roasting.
Hello Asha, you can check out my FB page to see my baked goodies https://www.facebook.com/JillsCupsAndCakes
DeleteHi! Nice blog. I'm page ing to buy a lil oven , compared convection oven economical than conventional one. Quite cheaper rather than buying in malls. Just want to ask how to order to their warehouse branch. TIA! I'll visit your fb, baka makapg order na rin. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi sis, hindi rin ako sure pero I assume baking tray ung smooth side tas grill tray ung other side. :)
Ung 6 muffins kada baking pan? Kakasya ba sila magkatabi dito? Salamat!
ReplyDeletehello, ano po ang size ng muffin pans nyo? as long as kakasya sya sa rack na 10" x 13.5" pwede yan sis :)
Off the fan or open? Both baba and taas yung init... salamat po..
ReplyDeleteHello, pag sinabi po preheat - the oven should already be in the said temperature bago niyo po ilagay sa oven ung pan niyo. In my observation, hindi talaga maiwasan na bababa ulit ang temperature once naipasok na ang pan - I just let it be. As for the mode, dapat naka-on yung fan pati ung taas baba naka-on din. Hope this helps. Happy baking!
DeleteHi! Tanong ko lang po how do you adjust the temperature sa recipe at baking time. I tried using this today and nasunog po hung muffins ko kahit less time and temperature.
ReplyDeleteHello, do you have oven thermometer po? I recommend that you buy one kasi iba iba po ang temperature ng ovens kahit na naset po natin ng tama. It may be possible that actual temperature inside the oven is more that what is set that's why it's highly recommended to have a thermometer inside. Please also double check recipe - most ovens here in the Philippines are set in Celsius tas recipes are mostly in Fahrenheit kaya need pa natin magconvert. Hope this helps. Good luck on your next baking project :)
Wait for your response. Thank you in advance
ReplyDeleteAs of now, Smart Cook ang brand ng oven thermometer ko. Ok naman siya so far.
DeleteHI! May I ask po what is the model number of the 30L Imarflex na 3-in-1 Convection and Rotisserie? Thanks a lot!
ReplyDeleteHello! Model number is IT-300CRS
DeleteNag accept po ba sila ng credit card or COD?
ReplyDeleteNag-aaccept po sila COD.
DeleteHi question lang po, kakabili ka po kasi namin ng oven and yung manual doesn't say much. Paano po mag oopen yung interior light niya? Kasi nagroast kami ng chicken and we were wondering bakit hindi naka on yung interior light. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteSis, automatic dapat naka-on ang light pag ginagamit.
DeleteSis, automatic dapat naka-on ang light pag ginagamit.
For baking cupcakes sineset nyo po un temp up and down?
ReplyDeleteHello, for baking desserts my setting is the last one on the knob which is Up and Down heat are on, as well as the fan is on.
DeleteHi sis, ngbbake ka ba at two layers gamit mo, kailangan bng pagpalitin ung tray pag half na ng time? Ung akin kase parang hilaw ung baba. (cookies plng nman ginagawa ko gmit ung oven)
ReplyDeleteHi sis, pag nagbabake ako sa two racks nagswiswitch nga ako ng trays halfway ng baking time. nasusunog kasi ung mga nasa top tray kaysa sa babang tray. =)
DeleteHi sis, will follow your procedure switch ko trays ko halfway, yes tama ka nasusunog un top eh, btw kapag need set 350F equivalent to 180c paano mo sya sineset since wala exact line po. Thank you
DeleteHello, yes 180C siya sis. To be sure of oven's temperature, please use an oven thermometer po.
Deletehello po.. ask ko lng po kung saan po pede mag pa deliver ng ganitong oven. first time ko po mag ttry mag bake .
ReplyDeleteThey deliver anywhere within Metro Manila and selected areas ng Cavite, Laguna at Bulacan but higher delivery rate po.
ReplyDeleteHello, yes pwede po magluto meat and lechon belly =)
DeleteHi,
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your post. We bought this oven after reading your blog. The cupcakes we baked yesterday turned out well. I also used the Smart Cook oven thermometer. I wish to buy extra rack. Would you know if they will still deliver if I will just order 1 rack? Thanks!
I believe they do sis pag may available na extra rack.
DeleteHi! Have you encounter problems using your imarflex electric oven? I'm planning to buy sana but i've read some reviews na madali raw masira ung timer and thermostat? How do you find your oven specially in baking? Looking forward for your feedback. Thank you.
Ung thermostat ng oven talagang loose siya when I got it but I also observed the same case for other brands din naman. I still use an oven thermometer though.
DeleteAs for the timer, do not forcefully turn knob back to zero. Let it continue to tick para hindi madali masira. You can unplug naman the oven and let the timer tick by itself.
My sis and I bought one last December. We returned it after 4 days coz it stopped working after 30 mins of use. I guess it was because of the 230v of the oven. Nag-short yung electric socket where I plugged it. According to True Value, it was ok sa 220v, but it didn't last longer than 30 mins. When they tested the unit before we purchased it, it worked well naman. It just stopped working, though after 30 mins of usage at home. :(
ReplyDeleteSad to hear about your experience sis. I hope you were able to get a replacement for your oven.
DeleteHi. I'm planning to buy this open because of this review. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteHi Jill, what is the size of the oven. Just wanna know if this fits inside my kitchen cabinet. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I'm planning to buy this. Naka sale. Thanks ha!
ReplyDeletePag po ba both heaters ang setting, hindi talaga magsasabay umilaw yung up and down?
ReplyDeletePage po ba both heaters ang setting, hindi talaga sabay umilaw ang up and down? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhen you use the lower heater only..does it function like a regular electric oven? because I read that it is not advisable to use convection oven when baking cakes because it affects the rising process. My husband will buy one for me but I am thinking twice.
ReplyDeleteHi! Ask ko lang about the electric consumption? I'm planning to buy an oven din kasi. Magastos ba siya sa kuryente?
ReplyDeleteHi! I just want to ask kung magastos siya sa kuryente? I'm planning to buy one kasi eh. :) Thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jill,
ReplyDeleteMay I ask saan yung warehouse nila?and contact number. Thank you.
Can i just buy the extra rack? I bought mine in the mall but they dont have an extra rack.
ReplyDeletehi ms jill. may i know the model of that oven? planning to buy sana ng ganyan sa sm appliance parang it doesnt look like the one on your post. its 4575 pesos
ReplyDeletehi, just want to ask how do i order or get in touch with imarflex warehouse? thank you
ReplyDeleteHi do you have delivery here in mindanao?..I want the 30L con. oven, hard time to look for that kind of oven and brand...
ReplyDeleteHi Jill,
ReplyDeleteI recently bought this model and im wondering with regard to the size of the rack? I got a smaller one and im not sure if this is correct. I would appreciate if you can confirm the size of the rack before i bring the item back to the store.
Thank you very much :)

Hi, bumili ako ng oven same as yours pero di ko sure kung tama yung pag preheat ko. Ang ginagawa ko kasi i-turn yung temperature then i-turn on yung function and last i-turn on din yung timer for 10 minutes para uminit. Tama ba to? TIA
ReplyDeleteHi, question lang ang pag preheat ba ng oven is i-turn on yung temperature then turn on din yung function and i-set yung timer sa 10 or 15 minutes para uminit. Then saka pa lang ako mag bake and panibago ulit na set ng timer? My oven is the same as yours. TIA
ReplyDeleteHi ang pag preheat ba ng oven is function on, temperature on and timer on?
ReplyDeleteHi, as for the electric consumption, kumusta naman po? Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi Jill,
ReplyDeleteHow are you? I just wanted toask if kasya 2 chicken lutuin ng sabay? may idea ka na ba ng max approx weight ng each of the chickens if ever? tia :D
Hi, thanks for creating this article. Planning to buy this for our small food business here in Las PiƱas. :)
ReplyDeleteI have a question though. Can three baking trays fit inside the convection oven? Just wondering... because, based on the picture, there are two baking trays only. Thanks!
Hi! Would you be able to give an estimate on the electricity consumption based on 2-3/week use? I have this at home, still unopened, but I'm thinking if i should purchase a gas oven for electricity charge considerations. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi, saan po nabibili ung oven thermometer?
ReplyDeleteIs your oven still working without issues?
ReplyDeleteHi Jill, after 6mos of using, I noticed that there are rust on its ceiling especially above its heating elements. I lost the manual already, can you advice how to deal with it? Also, may I ask for a copy of your oven's manual if ok Lang, pls. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteSis, can you send the exact location or website from where did you buy your oven 5yrs ago?Are they still selling? I am planning to buy one 38L or 45L. We look at S&R near us but 30L is available. We want a bigger one sana.tnx
ReplyDeleteHello! I know this has been a few years post but I hope you would reply. We have this Imarflex convection oven as well. Ang issue ko lang is.. pano mo ginagamit or sineset pag baked goodies ung Function selectors niya? Ako kasi based on research pag convection oven daw talaga munus 25degress Celcius ka talaga pag nagluluto from the normal recipe. Pls help!! Planning to bake cookies naman
