It was a rainy Wednesday evening but we still pushed through with going to Cucina ni Chef at Manila to attend Chef Velmor's dinner invite to be able to meet our event stylist, Gideon Hermosa.

We arrived at the resto almost 8 PM and we were seated together with other couples. And what a pleasant surprise it was that everyone on our table were w@wies. It was a warm feeling kasi even if you have not met them before personally, it felt like magkakilala din kayo in some way. hehehe And hindi kame nagsisisi kung bakit tinuloy pa rin namin pumunta kahit umuulan kasi as usual - ang sarap ng food!!! Plus ang dami cakes! Plus may wine pa! Sobrang sulit! We were definitely so spoiled by Chef =) 
Chef pointed out that how we were served will also be how our VIPs during the wedding day will be served. They first served the appetizers (canapes, soup and salad) then two main dish which was the Salmon Risotto and the Chicken & Lamb over Pesto Pasta. All the dish served were heavenly.

Sadly, we were not able to meet and talk to Gids since sobrang dami couples were there. Gids was only able to talk to couples who were on the 1st table. But Chef assured us that everyone will get their chance to talk to Gids on another separate meeting. We went home almost midnight na. It was definitely a fulfilling dinner. It made us more proud of ourselves for choosing Purpledish as our caterer for our event. We are so confident that Chef will be able to deliver delicious food during our event. Thanks Chef!
